Oakdale Meat Co has implemented the highest food safety and food quality standards. Oakdale Meat is fully accredited by Prime Safe and is regularly audited by SGS and Aus-Meat to ensure we continue to meet their stringent food safety and quality standards. Oakdale Meat is also SQF 2000 accredited. Oakdale Meat implemented the SQF 2000 HACCP based quality assurance program to control all food safety concerns and meet the highest standards in food safety and quality. Oakdale Meat is also accredited by the HALAL Certification Authority. We constantly review and revise production processes to increase the quality, consistency, and shelf-life of our product and regularly undergo independent verification. All our staff have been enrolled in National Certificate Courses in food handling and safety approved by FMG Consultants Pty Ltd with training conducted on site. This ensures that our staff have the best possible training in food handling and safety issues as well as meat preparation techniques. We believe by investing in staff training and we will continue to complement our business and continually satisfy and exceed our customers’ expectations through our high quality, skilled staff.
Microbiological Food Safety Program
Supplier Evaluation To guarantee product quality and to comply with food safety laws, the Technical Departments at Oakdale Meat Company enforce our comprehensive SQF2000 HACCP system (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point system). This system is independently audited. The program is put into action by our multi-disciplinary teams at each stage of the production process to comply with the rigorous standards imposed and to ensure the highest level of food hygiene and safety.
