audited by SGS and Aus-Meat. Our QA Program is based on the ISO 9002
series while HACCP controls all safety concerns. |

staff have been enrolled in National Certificate Courses approved
my MINTRAC (National Meat Industry Training Advisory Council Limited)
conducted by William Angliss College of TAFE. We believe by investing
in staff training we will continue to complement our business and
continually satisfy and exceed our customers expectations. |

Meat Company conducts routine swabbing of meat contact surfaces and
meat products to support our HACCP program. All standards set by the
Meat Standards Committee February 1998 are used as the bench mark.
All tests are independently audited during routine audits. |
